CHAPTER 3
RAW MATERIAL: WATER

The water used in the fermentation processes of Ron Pampero is born in the Terepaima National Park, located near La Miel, a town in Lara state. The water that is not used in this process continues its journey until it flows into the majestic Orinoco.
Pampero only uses pure water, a water of such high quality that it does not impart any smell or taste in the process. It is simply a dilutive element in the process of making an exceptional rum.
