TRANSFORMING THE SUGAR CANE

The quality of the molasses used in the Pampero process is exceptional. Therefore, no cleaning or conditioning processes are required prior to use. The only requirement to start the fermentation process is this molasses, with a high concentration of solids, and pure water.
The process continues with molasses, a raw material obtained in the sugar manufacturing process. The molasses used in the production of Pampero is one of the highest sugar content molasses in the world: the normal range for sugar in molasses is 45% to 52%, while those used in Pampero contain up to 54% sugar. This quality is so unique that it allows obtaining very clean alcohols, whose aromas recall the original raw material that gives it life: sugar cane.
